• Records of videos watched for iViral discovery credits.
• Reports, moderation status, and basic timestamps.

Device, advertising, and diagnostics

• Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect advertising identifiers, device information, ad interaction data, approximate location, and diagnostics according to Google policies.
• Firebase and related services may process technical information needed for authentication, database access, security, and reliability.

How We Use Information

• Create, verify, and secure user accounts.
• Allow users to add, categorize, edit, and delete YouTube video links.
• Fetch YouTube video title and duration so credits can be calculated fairly.
• Calculate iViral discovery credits, watch completion, and reward balances.
• Show rewarded ads and apply ad reward cooldowns.
• Prevent duplicate rewards, self-views, abuse, fraud, or misuse of credits.
• Review reported content and enforce community rules.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, account deletion, and legal compliance.

Third-Party Services

iViral – Creator Community uses third-party services that may process data independently.

• Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore: used for sign-in, email verification, user profiles, video records, credits, watch history, reports, and app data storage.
• YouTube API Services: used to fetch video metadata, such as video title and duration, from YouTube links added by users. Your use of YouTube content may also be subject to YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: used to show rewarded ads. Google may collect and use advertising identifiers and ad-related data to provide, measure, and improve ads.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or process data with service providers only as needed to operate iViral – Creator Community, including Firebase, YouTube API Services, Google AdMob, hosting providers, and analytics or diagnostic services if added in the future.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our rights, to protect users, or to investigate fraud, abuse, safety, or security issues.

Data Retention

We keep account and app data for as long as needed to provide iViral – Creator Community, maintain credit records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your profile, credits, videos you added, watch records, and related app records unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform obligations.

Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and related data from inside the iViral – Creator Community app through the Dashboard account deletion option.

You may also submit a deletion request at https://iviral.site/delete-account or contact support@iviral.site.

Your Choices and Rights

• You can edit or delete videos you added from your Dashboard.
• You can delete your account from inside the app.
• You can request a password reset through Firebase Authentication.
• You can manage ad personalization through Google or device settings.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Children

iViral – Creator Community is not intended for children under 13 and is not designed as a child-directed app. Users should only use iViral if they are old enough to use online account, advertising, and YouTube-related services in their location.

Security

We use Firebase security rules, authentication, and reasonable technical safeguards to protect app data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice in the app or through other reasonable means.
